Bondowoso, is a district in East Java province, Indonesia. The capital is Bondowoso. The county is bordered to the north of Situbondo, Banyuwangi regency in the eastern district of Jember in the south, and west of Probolinggo. Bondowoso district capital at the intersection point of Besuki and Situbondo to Jember.

Banyuwangi, East Java
Banyuwangi is the widest regency in East Java. The extent of 5782.50 km ^ 2. [1] Its area is diverse, from the lowlands to the mountains. Border area with Bondowoso, there are a series of Ijen Plateau, with Raung peak (3282 m) and Mount Merapi (2800 m), are both active volcano.
The southern part there are plantations, relics from the time of the Dutch East Indies. On the border with the southern district of Jember, a conservation area which is now protected in a nature reserve which Betiri Meru National Park. Sukamade Coast, an area of sea turtle development. Blambangan Peninsula, there are also nature reserves National Park Alas Purwo.
East coast of Banyuwangi (Bali Strait) is one of the largest fish producer in East Java. In the port there Muncar fishery.
