Surakarta is also known as Solo, is a lowland basin located on the slopes of Mount Merapi and Lawu mountains with an altitude of about 1992 m above sea level. With an area of 44 km2, located between 110 Surakarta 45 '15 "- 110 45' 35" east longitude and 70 '36 "- 70' 56" south latitude. Western boundary is County and District Sukoharjo Karanganyar, while the southern boundary is Sukoharjo district. Surakarta is divided into five districts, namely Banjarsari, Laweyan, Serengan, POND and Jebres Market.
